If you can't quite put your finger on where the sounds of Lonely Drifter Karen may have originated, it's probably because it's a combination of many different sounds. Tanja Frinta, Marc Melia Sobrevias and Giorgio Menossi, the group's three members, have lived in a combined total of 7 or 8 European countries, so your guess is as good as mine where their sound originated, but the combination of all these presumed influences makes something really unique that I think has almost a tribal sound to it.
