Bloomington, Indiana's Landlocked Music and Russian Recording brought in quite few artists traveling through Bloomington in 2009. A long time ago, in a galaxy far away, I lived in Charlottesville, VA. One of the best venues in town was the basement of a sushi restaurant in a strip mall called Tokyo Rose. I saw Magnolia Electric Co. there in October 2004, where they played this little gem as the finale for their main set. While I professed in my albums post that perhaps this wasn't the greatest year for albums, or at least it didn't have too many true classics, 2009 has been an incredible year for songs.
