No, this isn't anything music related, and no, this isn't another anti-Kony propaganda trick. This is another side of Uganda that you won't see all over facebook and YouTube, even though it's just the reality of what is going on in countries around the world. Kids dying every day because they have zero access to safe drinking water, something Americans take for-granted. How many times have you turned down tap water in favor of 'safe' bottled water? Celebrating (roughly) four-and-one-half years of Sunday Mix Tapes. I'm back from India. I'm trying to pretend I'm not jet-lagged but after sleeping five hours on the plane I came home from the airport (at 7am) and slept until noon. Then I woke up and ran 20 miles (which sucked!). Then I went out drinking. I [...]

I don't think I need to remind anyone how much I hate bees . Next to vomit, bees are my biggest fear. No, I don't feel a little bit gay that the two things I'm most afraid of in the world are so ridiculous. I think people who are afraid of clowns are ridiculous. My mother has told me that her biggest fear is being buried alive. Hey, at least my fears are things that one could conceivably come in contact with in the blink of an eye, every [...]

Without malaria we may never have had Harry Potter. Thanks malaria!
Cheryl Cole was apparently hospitalized after contracting malaria during a vacation with Derek Hough to Tanzania. The singer, who is thought to have picked up the disease by getting bitten by a mosquito, apparently thought that she was just exhausted and even joked that she was just suffering from a hangover before she fainted at a photo shoot last weekend. I hope she gets [...]

According to English newspapers, Cheryl Cole has allegedly been moved to a specialized hospital for the treatment of malaria that she has, also allegedly, contracted while on vacation in Tanzania. Sad news for the pop world, both on the charts and on the popstrel's life. Anyway, [...]
