I'm a little slow on the draw for it, I admit, but I am really starting to love the music of Jens Lekman . The handsome Swede makes melancholic, yet light-hearted music, usually of the folk variety. He's somewhere between Elliott Smith and The Magnetic Fields in spirit, but a talent that is uniquely his own. His next record, "Night Falls Over Kortedala" is due out this fall, but the first single, "Friday Night at the Drive-In Bingo" came out last week on iTunes and promises for another great set of work from Mr. Lekman.
