Here's an older Max Cooper tune that I'd never come across before. It's a remix for Child (Elliot Rothfield) from Australia for his Strawberry Fields album. No idea what the original track sounds like; and not much interested either. It's what Max does that counts. New release from Max Cooper. And it's a pair of remixes for leftfield composer Michael Nyman, whose work I've only really come across in his soundtracks for Peter Greenaway's films. The remixes are Deconstruction and Reconstruction. Deconstruction first. It's a lovely bit of bubbling techno. Actually, scrap that. It's a fabulous piece of techno.
