Metric could have really taken the literal route in their music video for "Breathing Underwater". Though without the risk of cribbing Ween's "Ocean Man" , the Canadian, Emily Haines-led outfit went with the tried and true "life on the road" concept, documenting their endless travels and high-energy live show. Still, maybe rocking out on stage and swimming aren't too different: both place individuals in this mesmerizing, otherworldly dimension that some never want to leave, and after a few minutes, utterly drained and breathless, they come back to the real world with the hopes of returning ASAP. Judging from the video, a Metric concert isn't one to be missed, as it looks like the band will guarantee a sweaty good time.
