Es ist kein Geheimnis, auf einem Schrottplatz passieren die wirklich endgültigen Dinge. Eine Schrottpresse klingt ziemlich endgültig, oder? Auch ein Schrottplatz-Wachhund kann sich zu einem tief einreißendem Erlebnis entwickeln. Mir würden noch mehr Sachen einfallen, aber ich denke schon über den nächsten Beitrag auf IANS nach, von daher brechen wir das an dieser Stelle lieber ab. Jetzt habt ihr eh schon eine Ahnung, um was es im neuen Video der Toronto Noise-Punker gehen könnte. Hier sind Metz mit " Get Off " - directed by Chad Van Gaalen.

METZ , one of the best new punk bands in recent years, debuted the brand new video from the trio's self-titled debut for "Get Off." The animated feature, which was actually directed by fellow Sub Pop alum Chad VanGaalen , comes off in a very Heavy Metal style. Check it out below.

The face-ripping Canadian post-hardcore power trio METZ released their awesomely punishing self-titled debut last year, and now their Sub Pop labelmate Chad VanGaalen has directed them a video for the surging, anthemic "Get Off," one of that album's standouts. It's gross, nutso Heavy Metal -style animated comic-book surrealism, and it tells us of the fate of an alien dolphin-dog creature.
