The other day MGMT played a new song called "Mystery Disease" during a show at Penn State. Now a few days later during their show at the State Thetre in Portland, Maine, they played another new song, this time titled "Your Life Is A Lie." It seems to cut off half-way because the recorder wanted to enjoy the rest of the song as well. Fair point. So enjoy half of a new song from MGMT below.

El nuevo álbum de MGMT parece estar casi listo y la banda sigue estrenando música en vivo. En un concierto en Portland dieron a conocer otra nueva canción, supuestamente llamada "Your Life is a Lie". A pesar del título negativo y las letras que parecen reflejar lo mismo, la banda aclaró que es todo lo contrario y que tiene un mensaje muy positivo. Aquí la presentación:

MGMT continue to showcase new material while out on the road. Yesterday we brought you performance footage of a new song called "Mystery Disease" , and now Pitchfork points to a clip of from the band's show in Portland, Maine last night. Apparently titled "Your Life Is a Life", this upbeat rocker made its debut during the encore. Check back tomorrow in the event MGMT decide to debut another new song in Providence. The new track is off the forthcoming new album and it was played at a show in the states. The band have previously promised that their upcoming third album will be an even more experimental listen than their 2010 album, and after listening to this and "Alien Days", it's effectively confirmed! The connecticut psychedelic duo performed a new track Friday night on April 26th at a show at Penn State University in Pennsylvania. A studio version is said to be on their new album, which will be their third studio album following 2010’s Congratulations and was reportedly recorded in a cabin in Buffalo, New York. This follows the recent release of ‘Alien Days’ which was released on cassette through record store day on April 20th and later was released online. [...]

While performing at Penn State, MGMT took the time to play a new song called "Mystery Disease," one of the new tracks we heard about from the band's illuminating Rolling Stone interview from a few months back. "Mystery Disease" is set to appear on MGMT's upcoming new album, which is apparently still set to come out sometime in June.
