R.E.M. frontman Michael Stipe has spoken out over yesterdays news regarding Googles rejection of the Perfume Genius advert . On last night's episode of Late Night With Jimmy Fallon , Michael Stipe came through. But for once, he wasn't there to sing. He was for an interview with Fallon, where he talked about R.E.M.'s breakup and new greatest-hits album, and where he awkwardly saluted the Roots.
