Al Jourgensen has finally put Ministry out of its metal misery, retiring the name and all but disappearing from music after 25+ years of activity. Enough time has passed since the retirement of the project that put blistering vocals, heavy riffs, and pummeling drum machines on the map, so it's safe to dig out those early records, give them a dusting off, and enjoy them for what they are. Seguendoli su Facebook vi posso assicurare che la scelta del singolo è avvenuta molto prima di tutto lo scandalo che ha colpito Flavio Briatore nelle ultime settimane e quindi non va considerata come una furbata per attirare più attenzioni (almeno, non più di quanto un titolo del genere avrebbe comunque fatto). Che ne dite? Anche a voi piace vedere la faccia di Briatore?
Any album that ends with a three-part "symphony" certainly doesn't hide its lofty aspirations. This is ambitious stuff, no doubt, and it's quite a wonder that this bombastic assault comes from just three dudes, albeit with some session players and heavy production helping out.
