With his band's Coachella duties taken care of, Thom Yorke apparently decided to have some fun during the second Coachella weekend. Below, we've got video of him joining his abstract-techno buddies Modselektor onstage. He also showed up at an Ace Hotel Brainfeeder pool party to play records alongside Flying Lotus and the Gaslamp Killer, and he DJ'ed at the Parker Hotel in Palm Springs and Rolling Stone 's Rock Room . Weekend two of Coachella came and went, and we have two pieces from the festival to talk about today. Coachella is currently in hyperdrive mode with the reunion performance of hardcore heroes At the Drive-In and a seizure-inducing set from German electro legends Modeselektor (both streaming right now on youtube )! No idea how I missed this.... The track " Berlin " is one of the highlights from Modeselektor's very good " Monkeytown " album . And this video directed by François Chalet is extremely watchable. There is a giant monkey, it has everything.. ♥ Tweet This Post
