That I would enjoy listening to dubstep and drum'n'bass, I wouldn't have believed a while ago. Not that I dislike these genres in any way, it's just that my music radar has led me in other directions and that I've never really entered this type of music in an interesting way. Mixing elements of Dubstep, Drum & Bass and Garage with Pop songwriting and chord structures they create a sound which is both Dubby, danceable and poppy. By far one of the most refreshing stuff I've heard in my ears for awhile. Modual is a duo from Sweden and the kinda music they make is what they call popstep . Its mixing elements of drum and bass, dubstep, garage, songwriting skill and lyrics laid over with properly sung vocals.
