Molina and Johnson should open for Monsters of Folk. This collaboration of indie-folk masterminds will undoubtedly be a great album of melancholy music. Johnson approached Molina at the merch table after a show in Austin and they exchanged numbers. A few months later, they were recording together. The album is due out Nov. 3, after which the pair will embark on a European tour.
