Tweet Frank blogged about Tawny Owl And The Birds Of Prey back in January , and they're back with a new double A-side, "Momus" & "What Time Is It There?". It's more or less what you'd expect from a band who describe themselves as "Britain's premier noise/soul/schism/alt.-rock Motown" outfit.
