Ain't no Montañas high enough I lived in San Sebastián, Spain in 2003, and the music there typically fell into two categories-metal and techno ... I also heard a disturbing number of Bon Jovi songs set to techno beats (Spain loves Bon Jovi like Germany loves David Hasselhoff). Essentially, you have to put in some serious work to find good music. Though I guess it's like that in the States, or anywhere for that matter.
