Primarily the trio of Christian Gibbs (vocals/guitar), Nicholas Palumbo (bass), and Kenny Savelson (drums), the NYC based Morning Glories existed for a good handful of years in the nineties releasing three under the radar albums on the Headhunter/Cargo label. It's a little bit surprising as to how little there is out there these days about this band, not even an archived review from some zine or anything for that matter really. Morning Glory (For fans of Leftover Crack, INDK, Choking Victim) Gritty, raw, and featuring (almost) as many whoas as they do to lines bitching about cops, Morning Glory kept the crack rock steady beat going on after INDK broke up. Featuring Ezra from Choking Victim/Leftover Crack fame, Morning Glory plays punk rock in the same vein, incorporating ska and even hip hop at times. While they haven't broken up, they definitely have been "on hold" since LoC has been so busy. My guess?
