My past experiences with Motor City Drum Ensemble consisted of many okay, but ultimately rather dull, remixes. This was until I heard what actually got the German producer on most people's radar; his series of house cuts made, nearly entirely, from samples. As well as being brilliant tracks by themselves, they are really fun to pick apart and listen for the original parts. Recently a favourite of ours at In The Deep End, Motor City Drum Ensemble , dropped a release on his own imprint MCDE US titled 'Monorail'. Monorail rolls in at a monster 6 tracks with a broad variety of deep and acid house. This track is a collaboration with Amsterdam's Stee Downs .
