Maybe it's just us, but fall always seems to be such a depressing time of the year. The sky darkens earlier, the weather gets colder and colder, and aside from a few fortunate lucky kids in Texas, the music festivals are few and far between. We posted a Mt. Sims reminder post a couple months back - well now Sim's third full length Happily Ever After is right around the corner and the promo cycle is in full swing. "The Bitten Bite Back" is a surprising new direction - We got a glimpse of this with "Grave," but Mt. Sims has ditched electro-pop and gone for a more mature sound that seems to be channeling Joy Division or something at times... Mount Sims who originally shot to fame with the emergence of electroclash earlier this decade and their huge dancefloor hit 'How We Do' have now become a full five piece band (used to be just Matt Sims and dancers on stage) and incorporated a darker gothier sound with the release of their latest EP Grave .
