Today I bring you remixes from a lesser known dj, Mike Wr. Mike is from London, Ontario according to his Soundcloud and makes really cool remixes of hip hop tracks, sometimes mashing them against interesting pop or indie rock songs. He's been on the blog before, but I thought it was time to give our friend from the North some shine. Enjoy these JAMMERS. If you were to say that Murs' "'67 Cutlass" needed a video, it probably wouldn't fall in the most accurate of statements. The four-minute narrative holds up the tradition of [...]

Dark humor rules in this new video of "'67 Cutlass" from Murs album Love & Rockets, Vol. 1: The Transformation. The video traces the narrative of the song, the ill-fated twists of a low-key drug run through the Arizona desert.

Murs's latest visual takes us on a Nogales drug run in a 67 Cutlass. Off the Ski Beatz produced Love and Rockets Vol 1 album.

Despite several duds and disappointments in recent years, Murs damn sure knows how to tell a story. Teaming up with Ski Beatz on production, this Los Angeles MC spits about being pulled over in his Cadillac. What happens after that, well, you are just going to have to see for yourself. All I can say is, it isn't what you would expect from the fun and loving Murs. Love & Rockets, Vol. 1: The Transformation is out now. Hit the skip to watch the video.

#75-50 75.Statik Selectah ft Joel Ortiz & Brother Ali- Damn Right Brother Ali might have the most underrated guest verses of all time. I never hear anyone talking about his cameos, yet when he blesses it's lovely. Might be the underground Andre 3k. That's how memorable his verses are. Joel delivers a dope verse as well. The beat is cold to, Ali needs more of this on his [...]

Following up on Adam's post on Mac Lethal's latest viral video hit, I thought I'd bring up some of his past material. I remember listening to him back in 2004. At the time, he was known for murdering emcees at Scribble Jam. In this song, he and Murs reflect on the real reason they participated in Scribble Jam... the women. Congrats to Mac for his recent fame. He deserved it long ago. Download: Mac Lethal - The Women Of Scribble Jam ft. Murs
