After the epic ' Train To Bamako ' with its afro beat shufflings I was eagerly awaiting the remixes and originals from the French label Club Cheval and the Rainbow Arabia song 'Holiday In Congo'. Myd hails from France and pays homage to all the French Colonies with some bush rhythms that could earn a dancefloor from Lagos to Nairobi down to Capetwon and back again. Afro-Beat If Brodinski, Teki Latek, Solo, and Edu K are giving props to a producer then I definitely want to check them out. Such is the case with Myd , his new track "Train To Bamako" has been making it's rounds. It's similar sounding to The Very Best with that "Lion King" vibe but with some nice wobble bass and heavy percussion. It's just fun.
