Seattle's annual Capitol Hill Block Party takes place July 20-22nd in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Highlighting the initial lineup are Neko Case, Major Lazer, Diplo, Aesop Rock with Rob Sonic and DJ Big Wiz, Cloud Nothings, Grimes, Youth Lagoon, Porcelain Raft, Thee Oh Sees, Twin Shadow, Fitz and the Tantrums, Doomtree, Absolute Monarchs, Crystal Stilts, Father John Misty, Trust, Light Asylum, Phantogram, and Spoek Mathambo. Neko Case wrote and contributed "Nothing To Remember" to this great project, and it's also available for immediate download. The CD can be purchased on Amazon or wherever music is sold. Produced by T Bone, the album features 16 brand-new and exclusive tracks by many of music's top artists who've drawn from themes embodied in The Hunger Games story to craft their songs. Neko Case is in great company on the recently released Hunger Games soundtrack , joining the ranks with Arcade Fire , The Decemberists , Kid Cudi , among others. Her contribution to the soundtrack (which is pretty great, by the way) is a song called "Nothing To Remember," and it's easily the best thing she's done since 20092s very wonderful Middle Cyclone .
