Mark Archer and Chris Peat became rave legends in the early 902s as Altern 8 but before donning the masks and boiler suits, they worked together as Nexus 21 . Their first work appeared on "The Rhythm of Life" album on Blue Chip before signing to Network (who would also later release Altern 82s material) and releasing the "Progressive Logic EP" in 1990. Number two in an possible series of dead techno musicians, today a few tunes from Caspar Pound. Caspar was one of the most influential people in the UK techno scene, responsible for Rising High records and bringing the Teutonic Harthouse label to UK shores. He unfortunately died a few years ago from complications related to an enlarged heart.
