With Paul McCartney suddenly fronting Nirvana, I did some reading about Nirvana to polish up my knowledge. I've been an avid Dave Grohl (drummed for Nirvana, fronts Foo Fighters) fan since my early teens and him getting Sir Paul to jam with him, Krist Novoselic and Pat Smear is fucking genius. The last name, Pat Smear I had recognized but didn't know much about so I did some homework on the fella. He played guitar in a Hollywood punk band in the late 70s/early 80s called The Germs .
