Last month, Stockholm's mysterious Postiljonen released the single "Supreme" with an additional pretty great remix by Niva via Hybris . The song is beautiful layers of twinkling and hazy vocals filling your brain with a montage of moments of romance and wonder. what have we done? we've done nothing? Niva are from Stockholm Sweden and make electronic pop music. So obviously it's pretty awesome. "Dirty Water" is that perfect blend of chillwave and electro-pop that was tailor made for dancing on summer nights. The perfect remedy for these winter blues.

While we haven't gotten too familiar with Snowden , we are certainly excited about what is to come from their forthcoming album. Even more exciting today, though, is a remix they had done by the one and only Niva . We haven't heard from the elusive producer in quite some time, but we are pretty happy he has found a way into our ears by way of "Keep Quiet". The first single from USA/Hong Kong-based producer Beat Culture 's forthcoming Forgive LP (out October 11th via Art Union/PLANCHA) is an incredibly refreshing collaboration with wonderful Stockholm’s dreamy bedroom pop act NIVA . 'Orange' features lo-fi sedated vocals over echoing chillwave, but soon gets twisted by modern dance beats, as the two are used to. Stream it below. It has been a minute (or around seven months) since we previously heard from Beat Culture , a ridiculously gifted 17(?)-year-old producer based somewhere in the States. He's been hard at work since then putting together his new full-length album, Forgive , which is sounding excellent already. Its lead single, "Orange", finds him collaborating with PIMB favorite Niva , who provides the ghostly vocals over the beautifully soaring production. Fiery-ambient tendencies engulf their professional sharpness across Dezlin’s remix of Swedish act NIVA today. Thrown off a housey foundation and sprayed down by a slight proggy and trancey spray of steam, Dezlin from Los Angeles practices an electronic ball movement, coming away with a potential Xabi Alonso and Thierry Henry reunion. Estate, who we know very little about, just completed two slick remixes of a Potholes favorite, Niva . They chose just one of his songs, " Dirty Water ", and put two interesting spins on the previously chill track. The one mix is a bit more futuristic, while the other uses funky grooves to its advantage. While this isn't exactly a Niva original, it is a good sign that perhaps the Swedish producer is back on track to drop some new music in the near future. We can only hope.
