As previously mentioned , I was able to chat with singer/guitarist Ryan Ferguson of No Knife , which is supporting three dates (Los Angeles, San Diego and Tempe) on Jimmy Eat World's Clarity x 10 tour. So Jimmy Eat World is touring in support of the 10th anniversary of their album Clarity. That would have been big news until a band called No Knife decided to reunite after breaking up in 2003 for a few stops on that tour. Last spring we caught SUPERDRAG at their NYC reunion show and it got us wishing they'd be around for more than just a few shows. Well its now looking like our wishes were heard by someone. It's been a while (since 1998's Head Trip In Every Key ), but Superdrag is back with new music from the original Davis/Coffey/Fisher/Pappas lineup. I know we like to talk about the good ol' days here at A to Z and elsewhere, but this vintage Galaxy poster I found at a used record store around town doesn't exactly have the most booming out-of-town show schedule.
