Nocando recently dropped off a free EP by the name of Zero Hour . One of the tracks on the EP is called "Hollywood", and fellow LA dweller Ras G took some time out of his busy schedule of smoking weed in the lab to dub up and remix it. It's not clear where, if anywhere, this latest track from L.A. spitter Nocando will end up. But when "Zero Hour" - a track about being seen as a statistic in the U.S. - is this good, does it really matter? Dude weaves in lines both Spanish and English over the minimalist, haunting Kenny Segal production and leaves me thinking about all the bullshit he's had to face in his life.
