Nord Express - "Tripleplay" . I've spent this week sick, but happy. In the wee hours, as I write these posts, I cough like a crazy man. Like a crazy man who coughs. An album that came across my desk and caught my attention would be Loveland 1995 - 2005 by Nord Express. On the press sheet the band's influences were listed as Galaxie 500 and the Go Betweens so I figured why not and gave the album a spin. A very smooth compilation, Nord Express does indeed have touches of those bands listed above, but I actually heard a lot more similarities to the band Felt.
