After rocking a ton of collaborations over the past year or so, Oh No is back on his solo grind with Ohnomite . We already heard his DOOM-assisted single " 3 Dollars ", and now we get some visual aid to go along with it. Along with the old Dolemite audio, we get some vintage video cuts to feast on. Nothing too crazy, but it seems to do the trick perfectly.
Here’s a new stream off Oh No’s upcoming Ohnomite album, “Dues n Dont's” featuring José James & Phife Dawg. The album drops June 5th 2012 with guests MF Doom, Evidence, Phife Dawg, The Alchemist, Erick Sermon, Rapper Pooh, MED, Guilty Simpson, Roc Marciano, Sticky Fingaz, Chino XL, Roc C, Prozack Turner, Termanology, Frank Nitt and more.

West Coast producer Oh No created an entire album based on samples from Rudy Ray Moore’s Dolemite soundtrack. We previously featured his DOOM collaboration " 3 Dollars" . Late last year Oh No remixed "Trouble" for Jose James so it's great to hear his vocals on this smooth jazzy track along with Phife Dawg from Tribe. DOOM might’ve dropped the MF from his experimental rap moniker, but that’s all he's missing these days – based on his showing up on Oh No ’s “3 Dollars,” dude’s more than still got it. We just wish the track exceeded a minute and a half, because Doom goes hard (as usual), and so does that stuttering beat (“that’s right!”) but ninety seconds is hardly enough time to make an impression, and it seems like it’s over just when you start getting really into it. Madlib's brother Oh No links with reclusive MF DOOM (who has sworn off the United States ) for "3 Dollars," a short-but-sweet single from his upcoming Ohnomite project. DOOM doesn't come out of whatever weed cloud he's in very often, and when he does it's usually for something Madlib related , which this (sort of) is. In keeping with his tradition of remixing and remaking pretty much anything he can get his hands on (see Ethiopium , Oxperiment , Exodus into Unheard Rhymes , etc.), Oh No 's next album Ohnomite [...]
