"On a clear sunny day you can see through time/ keep your friends close and enemies behind ya...." I'm not familiar with the physics of a clear sunny day and its time travelling qualities, but it's true time flies when you're having fun. And, I'm having fun listening to this '90s throwback inspired EP. 513 Elevators are a four member hip-hop group originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. They're pretty fly cats. The Clouds is a three track EP with gorgeous boom bap production, vinyl scratching and tons of cloud cover imagery. Oh, and there is a dope, hazy [...]

The Alchemist and Oh No - a.k.a Gangrene - are hip hop multi-taskers, with both gentlemen being willing and able to fire up some banging beats or drop a few rhymes if need by. Alc and Oh made a few waves back in January with their LP Vodka & Ayahuasca , a grimy, heavy number that gave them the platform to show their do-it-all repertories. Now they're back with a free EP, Odditorium, delivering more of the hard stuff that Vodka & Ayahuasca introduced. Dense beats, [...]
As promised , the tripped-out team of the Alchemist and Oh No - together known as Gangrene - have dropped a new EP for free . That's right, four new tracks from two of hip-hop's best double-threats as they produce and rap on Odditorium . I asked this yesterday on Facebook but it deserves to be repeated: Is anyone making better psychedelic hip-hop music than Gangrene these days? I think not. Download: Gangrene - Odditorium [Red Bull]
