Hilary Duff recently released a new music video for her song 'Reach Out' which premiered exclusively on MySpace Music. The video was directed by Philip Andelman and was shot last September in Los Angeles. The singer does some funny thumb-sucking sequence in the video. 'Reach Out' features the rapper The Prophet and is the first single off of her compilation album entitled 'Best of Hilary Duff' which is due to drop in stores on November 11. Here's a neat cover of Duffy's international hit Mercy by OneRepublic of Apologize fame. The covers pretty cool; OneRepublic gives the song an acoustic spin, and the track has an almost folk feel. Now, One Republic, er, OneRepublic's cover of Mercy should not be confused with their own track Mercy which contains the phrase "angel of mercy" and is nothing like the Duffy track at all.
