This Paris based producer certainly posses some "deft fingers" and a great knack for the hip hop beat. In Chinoiseries , French-Vietnamese DJ Onra channels J-Dilla with his own particular twist, sampling vintage pop records collected from flea markets in Vietnam. This post is all about an French/Vietnamese beat-conductor from Paris. It's a producer whose music can be found between artists like Madlib, J Dilla, Flying Lotus or Nosaj Thing... What they all bring together is the love for a brilliant loop, the love for experimental hiphop instrumentals and the love for exotic sampling.
