Fort Lauderdale's Ouija are among the few contemporary guitar bands on myspace that candidly list Nirvana as one of their main influences, but in this case it would be quite a tough job to deny that anyway. Though I wouldn't dare to call this "grunge", Ouija's approach to melody structures of utmost beauty within noisy and rough surroundings bears nonetheless a striking resemblance to early 90s northwestern rock.
