Post-rock with vocals, what a touchy, touchy subject. I, in my lifetime, have never heard truly bad instrumental post-rock, only mediocre. I heard a song by these guys on the Post-Rock Facebook Page and immediately fell in love. Wie ein Lauffeuer hat es sich via einschlägige Postrock-Blogs und -Foren um den Globus gesprochen, dass da wer eine bemerkenswerte Debüt-EP verschenkt. Brandstifter sind drei Tiroler. Knappe zwei Jahre hat der musikalische Findungsprozess gedauert bis die vier Stücke für "Steadied Stars In The Morphium Sky" auf Platte waren. Eine wahrlich heisse Scheibe ist's geworden, die mit leisem, warmem Ambient der kosmischen Kälte widersteht und mit kurzen, wuchtigen Ausbrüchen der stellaren Hitze trotzt.
