Underage Festival , which takes place at Shoreditch Park in London August 31st, just announced its first acts: BIGKids , Dry The River , Fixers , Iceage , Maverick Sabre , Outfit , Pulled Apart By Horses , Rustie , Spector , Summer Camp , and Theme Park .
