Local hip-hop band Outside are throwing a Christmas concert tonight at O'Gara's Irish Pub on Snelling Avenue in Saint Paul. What a great concert it was! I know that because there wasn't anything to the concert other than the songs and a bunch of big screens with forgettable visuals, but the music sufficed to overcome all that.
