Det er på tide, at kickstarte Goodiebag-serien her på MMB igen. Denne gang i chill-out-mode! [...]

Run! First of all, is "first of all," a snotty way to start a communication? A co-worker claimed it was nothing but condescending, but I think it can function outside of the world of snark. I definitely can see how it could be come across as such, however, I think it depends on context. Any thoughts? Second of all, I don't have a "second of all." Although, I do think the second of all, makes the "first of all" more snobby. It makes it seem like a disappointed mother listing off reasons why she is disappointed [...]
A Quick Word from the Author: If there are any ambitious students out there looking for a fun, non-paying internship this fall/winter, drop me an email — please be honest with yourself though, because I need someone who is diligent, in-tune with the "Indie Scene," and who is honestly doing this for the opportunity rather than just for the fun factor. Essentially, I'm looking for someone to help me make the Sabbath a weekly feature for about 2/3 months. I'm pretty [...]

Pair of Arrows are San Francisco duo Swan and electronic music producer R/D, who met in 2009 when Swan was busy doing vocal work for The Glitch Mob 's 'Between Two Points'. In January 2012, the group self-released their first single ' Superimposed', now following that with their second "Vestige" (below). Also look for an upcoming remix of Bon Iver 's 'Michicant' (due for release at the beginning of September) and debut album to-be-released this fall. Check out the song "Vestige".

Having released their debut single back in January, San Fransico duo are back with another tune, 'Vestige'. Calling themselves an indie/electronic, they are pretty much on the money, with glitchy, xx-style introvertion mixing with dreamy noir-pop and and an extra helping of beats. It's lovely. Consisting of Swan (from Birdseye, apparently) and self-confessed 'veteran' electronic producer R/D, the two met in 2009 and have been writing and recording together under the Pair of Arrows moniker ever since. Download their second single, Vestige, below.
Absolutely mesmerizing. These two words instantly come to mind as I listen to Pair of Arrows ' new track titled "Vestige". The track's deep haunting undertones armed with the duo's captivating vocals ultimately create the track's passionate sound, delivering an impressive second single. For those new to Pair of Arrows, the duo consists of Swan (from Birdseye ) and R/D . They met way back when Swan was busy doing vocal work for The Glitch Mob 's "Between Two Points". Both impressed by the other's talents, they joined together to create an equally impressive duo. Personally, [...]
Created as a collaborative effort between Swan Palermo (of Pair Of Arrows ) Antler (Jason Collins) and Feldt (Ryan Beck), "Heart Murmur" was originally released to coincide with Valentine's Day, but we offer it here now free to download as a belated box of chocolates, yet definitely not stale! TThis track was written and arranged by all three, with lyrics by Swan . Both Feldt and Antler produced and engineered, with [...]
![[Introducing] – Pair Of Arrows](http://cdn.elbo.ws/posts/4165504_lg.jpg)
So far San Francisco's Pair Of Arrows ( Swan Palermo on vocals, R/D White) have only one song to their name, but what a song it is! Already strongly established as a respected music act in the world of glitchhop/electronica, R/D spent several years finessing his skills producing his own music as well as performing alongside Beats Antique and Glitch Mob ; Swan was simultaneously working with those producers (including Eskmo ), laying down tracks characterized by a trip-hop/chillwave ambiance, all the while remaining devoted to penning personal compositions set to [...]

Facebook / www.pairofarrows.com A mysterious email dropped into my inbox a few weeks ago (that's how far behind I am with submissions - sorry), other than various networking links it's entire content was 'Feel free to post and link as a free download. Thanks so much!luv p/\ir Of /\rrows'. Not much to go on then, though to be honest, that's a pretty good submission for me. Endless paragraphs of writing with no links (it's incredible how many email submissions have no music stream link and or no website / facebook link) get ignored, belatedly [...]
Pair of Arrows make music, other than that we've no idea who they are. It's not because we're lazy, it's difficult when a musician submits music with nothing more than a sentence saying "download our free track". Whether it's because they want to remain anonymous or just aren't that interesting remains unclear, but, their latest freebie is pretty cool, in a drugged-out, emo, slow-mo, left-field pop kind of a way. www.facebook.com/PairOfArrows
This morning I was going through Twitter and happened upon a tweet from Earmilk favorite ill.Gates . He was urging everyone to check out some new artist. I trust his opinion when it comes to music, so I clicked over to find the Soundcloud for Pair Of Arrows . It's an " Xx -ish" sort of sound, but with more haunting undertones, and a slightly downtempo rave vibe. (Jamie would still totally be proud.) I'd love to tell you much more about this little project, but there is almost absolutely nothing to find out. From their Facebook page, I [...]
