Slice & Soda is a colllaboration between the French producer Jean-Baptiste de Laubier aka Para One and disco singer San Serac . They first met back in 2007 and two years, seven flights and countless espressos later, the pair had an album which will be released later this year on Institubes. Saw Jack Beats on Friday there and they (or should I say he - it was one guy, I thought Jack Beats were two people ???) tore the fucking roof off the Cabaret Voltaire. Was rammed and sweaty and pushy but the beats were glorious. The one that I lost my shit for was SonicC . I'd never heard it before but it completely blew my mind.
