Turns out I must've been channeling the guys from DZ who have parodied that piss funny video with Chevy Chase by getting the modern king of sarcasm 'Arj Barker' to help out on the 'No Sleep' video. Good times.
Just in time for our announcement that Todd Terje will be gracing Miami with his presence, he releases this little gem of an edit. With a punk-disco flair, this dub of Roxy Music 's Love Is The Drug gives the original a little more dance floor pep while maintaining its addictive pop appeal. Off Virgin UK, the track is paired with a collaboration between Scandinavian disco heavyweights Lindstrom and Prins Thomas . They give Roxy's Avalon a more balearic and steadily hypnotic groove.
