Before recording debut LP 'Beauregard' and touring North America, Pepper Rabbit frontman Xander Singh worked in a vintage music shop: and it shows. You can find clarinets, ukulele, horns and half the Roland warehouse on this album. There is a full array of synth sounds with many of the lead lines being played out in glorious 8-bit. You may or may not know this- but Pepper Rabbit were scheduled to perform our SXSW Silver Series, they backed out only to be replaced by Bahamas. No hard feelings, because I can't help but love these guys. Their upcoming album "Red Velvet Snowball" is highly anticipated- especially after hearing their latest track, "Rose Mary Stretch". Pepper Rabbit - Murder Room Pepper Rabbit's upcoming album Red Velvet Snowball is still a few weeks out, but they are releasing a second cut from the album entitled 'Murder Room.'
