Last time we tried to incorporate animals and musicians into a post, things got really weird . We will never look at Lady Gaga the same. We probably should have stopped there and realized that a music blog is no place for animals, but we are relentless with the pursuit of animal-related content for Pigeons & Planes. So we started researching musicians and their pets. Here's what we found:

It's been a couple of months since we first heard Scottish group, Pet . In those couple of months we haven't found out anything about the band. We know they have a new single out entitled, Wear Black [ here ]. This is the B-side to that track and it's called Bench Connection .
In the week that would have been Kurt Cobain's 45th birthday, I felt that this would be an appropriate time for me to post up a Nirvana cover. We first featured PET back before Christmas, and the band are back with new song Wear Black which sees them continue their climb towards global domination. PET - Bench Connection Mixing the bass way forward in a song is a terrific way to start off a slow jammer like this new one from these Edinburgh 'gazers. How in the hell are these guys unsigned? That was my initial reaction upon hearing the new single from inventive Scottish group PET [ Facebook ], which is appropriately titled Wear Black .
