There's a bunch of bands that I might classify as fun, but very few that I might actually call "genuinely fun." The difference is all in attitude and demeanor. You'd consider a band like Belle and Sebastian to be fun, but they can lack a certain energy and presence that might make them "genuinely fun." Then you get something like We Are Scientists.
