Black Lips have released another new single. This time they gave "Best Napkin I Ever Had" to the Scion/AV label for a split single with Orgeon punk rockers Pierced Arrows . It is the second single that we've gotten from the less than calm Atlanta garage rockers this year. We last received "Before You Judge Me" , an Adult Swim released single from them a few weeks ago.
