lastnightsparty So I'm looking for mixes. I've missed two Mixtape Saturdays so far because I haven't found anything I've liked. It's mostly my fault cause I've raised my standards way too high with mixes these days. You'll have to deal with three remixes at the end of this week. First, I saw this in my mailbox for some reason the Fred Falke and Miami Horror remix of our fellow Aussies Pnau featuring Ladyhawke . Absolutely love it, very Australian or funky [...]

I don't use the computer for a couple of days and I miss out on one of the best remixes of the year that is my favorite song of last year. Damn you every other electro blog out there. HERE IT IS! PNAU - Embrace ft. Ladyhawke (Fred Falke + Miami Horror Remix) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

ok, i'll admit it - i've fallen for the hype surrounding Ozzie dance music duo Pnau . i've been listening to both the original and remix of their new single 'Embrace' non-stop since i discovered it. Pnau consists of Nick Littlemore and Peter Mayes all the way from Sydney and have won numerous ARIA awards (the Australian version of the Grammy's) since their formation back in 1999. already pretty huge in their homeland, the guys have now officially conquered the world and we are all their slaves. that's right betches, Pnau are taking over! [...]
Where to begin. Well lets start with the new Guns 'n' Bombs mixtape, number 4 it is. It's not a mixtape in the same vein as the others are as it's a live set from the Apollo. The mix doesn't feature any new originals or remixes by the group, but well worth the download. I'll post the tracklist in the comments section. Mixtape #4 [...]

Ok, well, sometimes you can believe the H.Y.P.E. Pnau - Embrace ft. Ladyhawke (Fred Falke & Miami Horror Remix) & Pnau - Baby (Breakbot Remix) Pnau - Come Together

Australian glitter pumpers PNAU have been heavily bloggable for a while now, more artcore than hardcore their track Embrace is a delicious synth pop track that swirls and dreams across a dancefloor like ABBA on acid. It's now been given a bit of a banger make over from a Fred Falke and Miami Horror collaboration... but in a very sympathetic way. The intro has been beefed up and the synths punch heavier over Ladyhawke's ethereal vocals... I perfer the original but why [...]

Art by Mark Verhaagen First thing's first: There's some new Autokratz released right now. One of Kitsune's more recent additions, these guys have been putting out some insanely good stuff. The Headman remix that I got around to posting is still a firm favorite in my ipod, frequently looped to death wherever the jam might take me. They have the rough-around-the-edges electro flare to their sound that draws me right in, while still managing to make their songs more than just headbangers. It's the vocals. Along with one of the tracks off of [...]
Have you ever been to PNAU's site? I got stuck over there the other day shooting all the colored balls trying to save the strawberry. If you're in the mood for some fun and amateur video... PNAU is an Australian duo with a knack for making catchy dance-pop tunes and doing entirely too much acid. Well, I don't know if they really do acid or not, but check out this video of them appearing on Australia's version of " Good Morning America " called " Sunrise " and it will be hard to not wonder why they aren't in straight jackets. Lucky for us though, PNAU haven't been committed (yet), and are still pumping out their original brand of light hearted electro-pop. The Miami Horror / Fred Falke remix of their latest collaboration [...]

Oh-Death It's already a beautiful song but Fred Falke and Miami Horror have worked their synth magic and produced this dreamy 80's version of Pnau's Embrace featuring the delectable Ladyhawke. Have yall heard of this genre called BLOG HOUSE? I can't rlly explain it, but fortunately CurrentTV had a few moderately-alt bros in cryptic graphic tees explain what it is. [video may not be viewable in your RSS reader] What does BLOG HOUSE mean to you? I don't really know where blog house starts and stops. Here is a list of bands, and whether I consider them blog house or not. Burning question: JUST BC U PARTICIPATE IN THE REMIX ECONOMY, ARE YOU BLOG HOUSE? [...]
Miami Horror & Fred Falke's productions are quite a paradox, everything from the vibe they possess to the actual aesthetics of the sound. However the one thing they both share in common is the fact that they're both amazing producers. The pair teamed up to remix Pnau and wow what a result. Swirling synths, the occasional slap bass, the use of reverb is amazing and most importantly it all compliments Ladyhawke's vocals so well. Quick post here guys, just with two tracks that I am in love with. I may have just found my remix of the year... When I first heard The Lake by Muscles, it didn't seem right, it almost seemed miss timed and this whole futureistic 80s sound didn't go down too well with me. The drop halfway through the track was the only saving grace for the song, that and also I always thought the lyrics were rather up lifting. The Jokers of the Scene have recreated this song to how it should sound. There is [...]

"me estoy bajando canelita pura". No te equivocarás. "Cortacopia" remezclan el Dystopia de los "Monstruos de medianoche" para que se te caigan las bragas, [...]
