I really have a thing for Prosumer . It's not just his German perfectionism. It's not that he can mould tech house gems as on Panorama Bar 03 . It's that he brings life to the artifice of minimal techno. On the track 'Daybreak', taken from German label Ostgut Ton's Fnf compilation, Prosumer inserts and then strips away rabid hi-hats, syncopated rhythm and a flat kick drum. One of the heaviest records I have ever owned, but unfortunately got stolen along with some other treasure possessions in my record bag a couple of weeks ago. To my horror a sample/ youtube rip was impossible to find :S shit this boy needs to be heard.One of the nicest drum patters in house music combined with ultra silk stabs and heavenly vocals makes this what it is.
