Rock instrumentals are more than just a song without vocals, and it takes a truly good band to pull them off without the listener getting bored. rah band I've bought a few different 123s by the Rah Band, using my 'Random Record Track Name' rule. Which used to mean when I was into funk, anything with 'funk', 'funky', 'party' or 'shaking ass' in the title was a definite buy. As I've moved into disco the 'Random Word' rule has exapanded to include 'boogie', 'space', 'cosmic' or 'astro' among others. And pretty often the rule stands up more than it lets me down. I've dug up some great records that way. Still though when it comes to the Rah Band, every random record I've turned up has been awful. Really bad. [...]
