What do you do with a band that's died but leaves behind a really great unreleased record? Going to their MySpace page, I'm smacked in the face with the giant R.I.P. next to their name. How sad. And darlin's, this is truly even sadder when I click on the music, for it's shimmery, haunting, shoe-gazey delight. I so wish I had been in Europe to see them when they lived. I stumbled across this release after snooping around Try Harder Record's website for info on Youthmovies. Redjetson - like Youthmovies - both have releases on Try Harder, so they're listed in their band section. Reading their little bio on there, they sounded like something I would enjoy, so I grabbed ' The Unravelling / Racing In The Mire' . Alle neuen Songs der wirklich atemberaubenden und viel zu wenig bekannten Band sind letztes Jahr aufgenommen worden, kurz bevor die Band es für besser befand sich aufzulösen.
