Django Django are a 4-piece outfit out of Scotland, and to simply classify their music into a single category would be impossible. NPR pegged them as being part Surf-rock, motown, blues, space pop, and Egyptian mixed in with Beach Boys harmonies and tribal rhythms. Mr Maus comes forth here with an album whose title does just what it says on the can. Here are sixteen tracks spanning the years 1999 to 2010. A completists dream? Well yes, but thankfully a little more too. The songs arenʼt chronologically ordered but the titles are suffixed with their years in brackets so you can almost join the dots in his sonic life.
