In January we posted about some brand new, and long awaited, material from Rimer London 's Lé Lé. The track was ' Neen ', an insanely catchy track despite being in Dutch. Now Lé Lé have dropped the track in English, now translated to 'No', in preparation for the release of their third album 'Party Time'. This new version is every bit as infection, the bass every bit as bouncy, the melody every bit as hypnotic, only this time us poor English speakers can sing along with it to. Rimmer London is one of out [...]

This first single, Back Seat, was already released in Sweden and a huge success, now it's time for the rest of the world. Featuring Spank Rock (fresh off his work with Boys Noize), Lady Tigra, the first lady of Miami Bass (known for a string of hits while still a teenager) and Damien Adore, a Swedish vocalist with a beautiful haunting voice. A dream team when it comes to singing. The new single also features remixes from TWR72, Seymour Bits and Shazam Staygold is their electronic pop outlet and features a lot of guests. Mainly [...]

Dusk at Mount Carmel Pond, Newfoundland Bonjour tout le monde, hope your weekend was well! The snow and sleet have stopped, the wind has died down, and Hot Biscuit and I have woken up to a pretty chill and relaxing Sunday. And with their being so many disgustingly good new tunes recently, we figured we'd post them as a Sunday Playlist so you can add a little disco to your day. Hope you enjoy. Goldroom's title track off his recently released Angeles EP should cure what ails ya, alcohol [...]

Most of you are probably already familiar with Staygold - the Swedish producer duo of Carli Löf and Måns Glaeser also known as Savage Skulls. Their classic gem, 'Backseat', was remixed by one of our favorite Netherlandic acts, Rimer London. The original version features Spank Rock, Damian Adore and Lady Tigra. There's also an all new video for that song! It's directed by Daniel Wirtberg and Jonas Rudström. 'Backseat' is the first single of the forthcoming debut album of Staygold - it's coming this year!

This track from Swedish duo Staygold has been out for quite some time now, but it's coming back to life with a remix from Rimer London . The original is stripped of its nightclub sheen, and pared down to just the essentials. This new version is darker and more emotive, but still remains light enough to move your feet. It's a nice reminder that spring is just around the corner. The original has also been a colorful video, which you can check out here .
MC Faberyayo , Designer Piet Parra and on of our favourite electronic musicians Rimer London are back together as Lé Lé after a couple of years working on separate projects. They've just dropped the first single from their forthcoming new album. It's called 'Neen' and an infectious Dutch slice of bouncy bass. Both the bassline and the melody of 'Neen' will work their way into your brain until you'll be humming them all day! ♫ Lé Lé - Neen [...]

2011 is over and done with, so this means, no last minute releases and hopefully no songs I have forgotten about - which I'm sure I have. I didn't do a top albums list this year, only because nothing in particular amazed me, however particular songs did. So before you continue reading onto my top [...]

A good video is not always a question of money. Nite Versions compiled its favorite music videos released in 2011. Some of them are here because they're visualized in a truly impressive way, and others are here because they just got a the right concept. Bravo to Woodkid (#1), whose real name is Yoann Lemoine . Not only is he performing 'Iron' but also directed the clip. Everything about it is genius. He's definitely one of the best directors for 2011. Thumbs up for Edouard Salier 's (#2) direction on Justice's 'Civilization'. [...]

Amsterdam neo-romantic Renkas put up a new remix of Rimer London 's dancefloor banger "Put Your Gun Away". This guy definitely goes on my "Keep An Eye On" list, he's really good. Check out more of him on his Facebook page . Rimer London - Put Your Gun Away (Renkas Remix) Download

Amsterdam-based producer Rimer London (aka Rimeroni Vumani) may be best known for being one third of electropop band Le Le, formed in 2008 with graphic designer/producer Parra and rapper/singer Faberyayo, but this is about to change. Riding on the huge success of Le Le's debut album Flage originally released on Magnetron and then re-released worldwide by German label Gomma in 2010, Rimer Veeman (yeah, that's his real name) released the very well received Intercity EP in 2009 and two tracks from it have made it to the self titled album that came out on [...]
