After bursting onto the summer festival circuit in 2009 with the help of Tool, Linkin Park, and Alice in Chains, the California based Epicenter music festival will return this year for another go around. There's a growing call from musicians to boycott the state of Arizona due to their recent passing of an immigration law that allows local authorities to stop anyone they feel may be an illegal citizen.
