I've been to quite a few concerts this summer and looking back, it's funny to think about the differences in the crowds. At Britney Spears , there were gay men in glittery eyeshadow and booty shorts all around me. "King Of Anything" singer Sara Bareilles, who performed as Sugarland's opener at the ill-fated Indiana State Fair on Saturday, has issued a statement following the disastrous accident that involved stage scaffolding and lighting falling into the audience as a storm developed. We're not a big fan of either artist here - God knows, Sugarland's brand of pop country is pretty awful. But there's an energy here that warrants at least one viewing.
